UPDATE: The talented chefs and Chef’s Table experience has since been absorbed and perfected at the Mill House Restaurant. This consistently sold-out event is now 9-courses and held once a week. See if there are any tickets left for the next Maui Chef’s Table.
Last week, Maui Executive Catering held a special event at their Chef’s Table, where talented chefs prepare a unique 7-course meal and allow 10 guests an inside look at what goes into creating exquisite, local Maui dishes.
Owners Jeff Scheer and Jason Hacker created this idea as a way for chefs to experiment with new dish ideas and are pleased to see that the event has been a total success!
Currently held every month or two, talk of making it a bimonthly or weekly event is in the works. If you’re interested in trying great organic, local ingredients with a flair, check their website for the next Chef’s Table event date and book your tickets ASAP, as this event fills up quickly.
Thank you to Maui Executive Catering and the wonderful chefs for a spectacular meal and evening, and we will definitely be back for more!
Hi,
This looks amazing!!! Our daughter is going to culinary school in Pittsburgh. We plan on coming to Maui in early May. How do we make reservations? Thank you for your time. Keep up the great work.

My question would be the cost & how far in advance would need to be booked.
The last time we went, it cost $150 per person (costly, but worth every dime. BYOB, which really makes the event cheaper than per head at Mamas.) How far in advance? Not sure. They usually announce it within the community a few weeks ahead and it books up within days. If they do it more regularly, it may be on more of a schedule. You’ll have to ask them.
